Made from a careful selection of grapes of the Garnacha variety.

COLOUR: Brilliant, intense strawberry colour with violet hues.
AROMA: Intense, bringing to mind ripe red berries with a predominance of strawberries and raspberries.
MOUTH: Complex and sweet, full-bodied and fruity with a slightly acidic after-taste.
FOOD MATCHING: A perfect match for meat, paellas and pasta dishes.
OPTIMAL SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 -10 ºC.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES

The vineyards are located in a non-irrigated area. The grape ripeness is monitored and the harvest begins once the maximum balance is achieved between the grape components.
Once the free run grape must has been separated by the “saignée” process, it is racked and fermented at controlled temperatures from 15 to 18 ºC.
Once the alcoholic fermentation has been completed, the wine is stabilised and then bottled.
